This thread is posted in the sidebar yet if you take out the posts from the same people, it would have a small number. That is rather pathetic for an issue these people have said is “murder” by the cops.
But about Dupnik, are you really going to allow your distaste for a single man to accuse others of murder?
Seriously?
That really doesn't matter if someone thinks drugs should be legalized or not.
Most posting here are outraged that a paramilitary operation was conducted on a homeowner, who had NO history of violence, who was shot *60* times.
This clearly appears to be a military style operation on this homeowner, as if he were some violent, mass murdering international terrorist.
If this guy was suspected of being involved with drugs, it could have been handled totally differently. He worked full time. Why not hook him up at while going to his car after work, while serving a search warrant on his home? Is this too logical or professional?
It's absolutely outrageous this is occurring in America and IMO, there is absolutely no excuse for this violent level of government action.
I haven't accused anyone of murder. Search the thread. Search all of them. You won't find any instance of me claiming they murdered this Marine.
I suspect that a lot of people you're accusing of being pro-drug are actually just against the drug war as it's currently being prosecuted. I agree with them. The federal govenment has way overstepped it's constitutional authority, and has co-opted a lot of local law enforcement agencies in the process. Characterizing that as being pro-drugs is intellectually dishonest and makes a mockery of any discussoin of wanting an "original intent" application of the Constitution.
You want everyone to wait until all the investigations are done before anyone makes any accusations, but you just accused me of claiming they were murders without any evidence at all.
