Anyway...hope you can understand my real dilemma here. My guess is that there are other FReepers here in the same boat(with family members and/or friends who are gay). You won’t find us in threads making fun of gays or condemning them to hell like some Fred Phelps nut....but neither will you find us in threads supporting the whole homosexual agenda machine or candidates that do.

I have sister who is a homosexual, and I am often on threads that do not "make fun of gays" or "condemn them to hell like some Fred Phelps nut". Nor do I withdraw from the issue. There is another way. One can be concerned and involved on the threads that address this issue and not be one of the above.

That’s a very good point. I do find myself afraid of entering some of those threads sometimes. The reply post to me above from Clint N. Suhks is one reason why I avoid them. He/she has taken my comments completely out of context and then gone on to insinuate something sinister into what I said. I specifically said I didn’t support the homosexual agenda machine or homosexual marriage or candidates that do..how much clearer can I get....LOL?
