Seems like she does have a communication plan - albeit unconventional (which is her trademark). Recall the announcement (leaked, of course) that there’s a full-length feature film documentary coming out that will serve to reintroduce her to the American public and reset their image of her (after the non-stop pummeling handed out by the Dems, liberal media, and - most disturbingly - establishment GOPers).

Sarah has perhaps the best political instincts of any current politician. While others are rolling out “exploratory committees”, announcements in front of supporters in some park, perhaps an online video... meanwhile Sarah rolls out a full-length documentary and a nationwide bus tour. Game on!!!

"Sarah has perhaps the best political instincts of any current politician."

Palin is the best retail politician of the 21st century so far...maybe the best since WWII.

Nobody stumps as effectively as she does. And that includes the current occupant of the White House.

While others are rolling out “exploratory committees”

It's funny that one of the first stories on this bus tour today raised the idea that perhaps she was moving closer to forming an exploratory committee. That reporter (whoever it was -- can't remember where I read it) has NO CLUE whatsoever.

She's already said weeks ago in response to a question about forming an exploratory, that she'll be running an unconventional campaign if she runs. That means she's not getting ready to announce an exploratory committee -- she's just going to announced that she's running. Game On!
