Does anyone know if she has formed an exploratory committee? Can she use SARAH PAC to explore?
No exploratory committee has been announced. She has indicated in the past she won’t go that route.
She has said that if she does run, she will skip the whole "exploratory committee thing". It's either in or out, no "testing the waters".
I had been thinking that she would wait until Aug 15 to announce (after the Iowa straw poll), but with this bus tour and the movie being launched in a few weeks, announcing on or about July 4 is starting to look more likely.
