You are correct re your sentiments. I think everyone, although some grumble, are accustomed to Obama’s modus operandi and his drone on speech after speech after speech, peppered with all of his I,I,Me,ME, MY,MY,MY.

Then, we get the opportunity today to see a rational, grounded in reality adult step up to the podium and truly knock it out of the park.

Half of this country yearns for adult supervision in D.C., patriotism and American exceptionalizm. The other half hungers for their hand-outs and do it if it feels good.
