Now besides what appears to be a third (?) time change, they're saying that Netanyahu isn't speaking at all? If David Victor introduces him at 10:01 and Netanyahu departs the stage at 10:04, he can't be speaking, can he? How confusing!!

According to the CSPAN-2 schedule, they will be playing the "Obama Administration Global Cyber Security Plan" at 10:00 PM.
