I read somewhere they are looking at some bags that held ballots that were not properly secured or open so ballots could of been removed or added

during the recount it was decided to count them as was and allow them if they can git them threw out it gives her a win

The problem that they are going to have making that argument is that the count didn't vary enough from the original count to the canvass to the recount to justify a claim of fraud or ballot tampering. No ward or precint had large changes in the vote totals.
