Maybe not. If they had even an inkling that the PM was going to scold the president on world TV, why would the WH have allowed the televised portion to go on as scheduled?

I can believe, knowing Bibi’s far superior intellect, he handled the meeting behind closed doors in such a way that he thoroughly confused bo (and staff).

And listening to zero’s muddled statements, it seemed he expected Bibi to smile and nod. Instead the world heard “will not happen” - and that can’t be sent through the spin cycle to mean the PM and potus came away from the closed-door meeting with some slight differences - not after zero’s insane comments yesterday. Thus, the dopey, non-presidential body language.

Note that they didn’t put him at a podium to give a statement, and take questions as they have with other world leaders...and you can bet the next time Abbas visits, he’ll get a 45 minute press conference now.

I LOVED that part. Revisionist history has repeated the lie that there is even such a thing as a “Palestinian”. They are not a race!!!! They have NEVER had a country. Palestine is a region, not a nation and Bibi gave a small history lesson. These people are vagabonds and even their Arab brothers don’t want them. Yo, one thing to always remember is the disgraceful treatment Bibi suffered at the Wye River Plantation when he was dealing with idiotic vile nutcrunchers in the Clinton Administration.

After days of personal harassment to the Israeli national leader by the US, Bibi got tired, frustrated. That resulted in the not-so-good Wye River accords. Not good for Bibi either. But he survived and he came back into power.

I surfed around MSM TV regarding this story. Both NBC and CBS led with it, ABC had it around story 4. I think all 3 noted how tense the meeting was and our pantywaist-in-chief’s body language. MSNBC’s Cenk and Bill Prfess were both wetting themselves over how disrespectful Bibi was—Pat Buchanan even jumped on him.
