The "1967" reference occurs in paragraph 62 of a 71 paragraph speech. He knew what firestorm it would ignite, and held way off on getting to it. He didn't even get to the subject per se until paragraph 55. Jerusalem is mentioned only once, in passing as a "wrenching and emotional issue" in paragraph 64.
The meme "The Palestinian people must have the right to govern themselves ... in a sovereign and contiguous state" pops up again. "Contiguous"? HOW? the area is in 3 distinct and very separate sections!
