Pakistan has nuclear weapons and can be an efficient base for terrorists and guerrilla fighters if relations utterly fail between the US and Pakistan. It is very complex because the relationship between the US and Pakistan affects US/China, Pakistan/India, US/India and Pakistan/India relations. The next nuclear war could break out between India and Pakistan if things get out of control.

I see. Seems like our only option at present would be to strengthen our relationship with them somehow.
