Trump went all in to. He even claimed his BC investigators were finding "amazing" things that they "couldn't believe they were finding".
Where is all this amazing stuff? Trump didn't even so much as bother to follow up or release anything. This is because he had squat and it's a good bet Corsi has nothing new or significant either.
Hussein will not be defeated by birther stuff. The only way to run Obama out of the White House is to focus on the economy and remind the public what a horrible President he is. Birth certificate conspiracies will not even be part of the 2012 discussion.

Actually, it is obama who went all in when he personally authorized the release of the second fake looking BC. If that one is proven to be fake, he’s finished. Why do we have to jump through hoops in Hawaii to get a copy? He’s a 50 year old man for goodness sakes. What has he been using the past five decades? Most people have it safely put away somewhere accessible. Not him - he sends his lawyer to pick up a digital copy.

So it would have been undeniably "amazing" to find the bc was missing. And it would not have been a lie on Trump's part. He couldn't have known of the state's secret ...uh ... secretion of the Obama docs.
This might be the reason even Neil Abercrombie couldn't find the bc - even though he believed it existed.
