I DO understand the Constitutional requirement for the Presidency. I also understand that the only people it clearly unambiguously disqualifies under U.S. law as understood so far, are naturalized citizens.

You may not agree with it, you may indeed have an entirely different view of the law and selective quotations to back it up - but that is not how the law has been read by the Electors, the House, the Chief Justice of the SCOTUS, or anybody else in a position to enforce what your view of the law is.

So how did asking “Where is the Birth Certificate?” help to establish the qualifications for being a NBC?

You don't understand it at all. 0bama is "half American, half-African and ALL Marxist and he loathes the constitution. Bears no allegience to it whatsoever. He bragged about that up front in his book and in his campaign. Americans of the Democrat persuasion were just too dumb to believe him. He’s exactly the type of foreigner that our founders feared when they included the Natural Born Citizen requirement in the constitution."
