Looks suspiciously like dithering on Bin Laden until he could use the killing to his advantage. And Trump forces him to play the (fake?) BC card in the same week...while there is oral argument in the 9th Circuit Monday, May 2?

Now Barry can't wag the dog with Bin Laden or the BC so two self-protective bullets are gone from the belt.

I have to believe Obama would have preferred to hold off on the BC controversy until much longer to minimize the time available for forensic scrutiny of the LFBC before the election.
