Like I said - you are harping on nonsense.

Sure, I'm "harping on nonsense" just like all the folks who were here publicly warning about Bush before conservatives stupidly elected him into office.

The fact of the matter is that Palin willingly traveled to Arizona to campaign for an undisputed RINO. While there, she wrote an op-ed for The Arizona Republic in which she stated that she had admired McCain for years before the 2008 election, even making reference to his fighting conservatives. While there, she publicly declared that she agreed with his position on immigration (which was still in favor of a blanket amnesty) and that McCain was a member of the Tea Party. All of these statements are verifiable in media outlets both liberal and conservative.

To date, she has not repudiated any of her public statements regarding McCain or her agreement with his stance on immigration (amnesty).

Keep it up - like I said ‘your harp’ shows who/what you are.

And that is what, precisely?

If you want to make accusations, then by all means, go for it.

Everyone else knows who Sarah is and what she is about.

One can only speak for himself or herself; pretending to speak out on behalf of "everyone" is rather arrogant, don't you think?

This is a conservative site - not a dummy site.

Then why were the majority of folks here jumping up and down for McCain - even though he's not a conservative - in 2008?

Conservatives need to draw the line and start supporting candidates who consistently adhere to conservative values and who steadfastly advocate for conservative positions, no exceptions.

Unfortunately for the Republican Party, that pretty much rules out about most of their "mainstream" candidates.

What a LIE - they were not! Until SARAH came into the picture most of us weren't going to vote. SHE game conservatives some hope.

YOU have a major problem with her and you did all along. Like I said - I remember your tactics in '08 and I'm wise to them.

Conservatives need to draw the line and start supporting candidates who consistently adhere to conservative values and who steadfastly advocate for conservative positions, no exceptions.

That what your mantra in '08. Tell us WHO is the conservative that fits the bill for you in '12?

When you are running on the bottom of the ticket, you cannot buck the Presidential candidate on a majority of issues of you will lose for sure.

Palin has more than proven she is a worthy conservative and has been leading the fight against Obama for the past two years.

You are looking for the perfect candidate who is 100% pure in your eyes. That candidate doesn't exist. Reagan wasn't perfect. Goldwater was far less perfect (in fact he arranged an abortion for his daughter in the days when abortion was illegal).

You’ll just have to vote for yourself for President then. Most of the rest of us will choose the best human running and for most that will be Palin.

Back in 1986...

Reagan's words and deeds regarding immigration were equally expansive. At a ceremony at Ellis Island in 1982, he spoke movingly of immigrants who "possessed a determination that with hard work and freedom, they would live a better life and their children even more so." As with trade, Reagan's record on immigration was mixed. He signed the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, which included stepped up border enforcement and sanctions against employers who knowingly hire illegal workers. But that legislation also legalized 2.8 million undocumented workers. More immigrants entered the United States legally under President Reagan's watch than under any previous U.S. president since Teddy Roosevelt. Cato.org 4/24/04

It's unfortunate that the twentieth century's greatest president wouldn't past muster with your "no exceptions" policy.

Well, that eliminated RuPaul and his wild shrimp earmarks and his nitwit ideas about foreign policy.

Unfortunately for the Republican Party, that pretty much rules out about most of their "mainstream" candidates.

And you offer us RuPaul as an alternative - but aren't honest enough to admit such on this thread. But your posting history betrays your motives.
