It will turn out that vitamin D deficiency will be the cause of tons of problems down the road.

My grandson's wife was recently diagnosed with MS. Her neurosurgeon recommend she take vit. D3 ( along with her other regimen.)

She had never liked to be out in the sun much - and it turns out the MS is related to the myelin sheaths that protect our nerves, when damaged, triggers MS. And what builds and keeps our myelin sheaths? Vit D.

And what is the BEST source of Vit.D? SUN.

the medical profession,oh so slowly, coming around to advising people to get some sun. (When my kids were little, the watchword was "Two hours of fresh air and sun a day.")

duh. Let's see: clean water, clean air, sunlight - and foods like our grandparents grew - long before it was called organic. I add to that: exercise in the clean air and sunshine, like walking, swinging, gardening...rather than in sweaty, stale air gyms.

IOW, What God provided for His children. I trust Him.

I’m reading “The Vitamin D Solution”. It certainly appears that inadequate Vitamin D/ inadequate sun exposure contribute to MS, cancers of breast, ovaries, prostate and colon, heart disease amd many others.
