My point exactly, but there are so many on here who want nothing more than to act like liberals and trash talk someones God given body.

I would hope, a 'non liberals' we were smart enough to keep up with information available on subjects that so directly affect our health. And with the incredible tool, aka the Internet, at our fingertips, there is now little excuse to remain ignorant in this regard.
Maybe you could start by reading my post #47 and Brandonmark's post #50...you don't have to believe us - that's just for a start. Let your fingers do the learning...
