I’m a two time Melanoma survivor. And I can tell you that skin cancer is caused by poor nutrition. Yes, poor nutrition with waaay too much sun is a ‘possible’ contributor. But I can also say from experience that avoiding the sun also has it’s health downfalls, which isn’t pretty either. The country is suffering from lack of vitamin D precisely because of this disinformation. Sun is good for you! It gives life and vitality. It is a gift and should not be shunned. In all things moderation. Just use YOUR brain. The gov’t lives and breathes off fear, and this is a perfect example of their nonsense.

First, all my support for your conquest of melamoma. You are so right and Meghan McCain is so wrong.

Human kind and all plants and animals on this Earth were created/ evolved to take nourishment and energy from the sun. Do these idiots think you can live in a cave and be healthy?

The sun is good for you .....It will turn out that vitamin D deficiency will be the cause of tons of problems down the road.

I have a liberal girl friend (I know I'm somewhat stupid for that) who insists I get too much sun. I just smile at her and tell her the doctors know next to nothing about nutrition and nothing about Vitamin D.
