Where can I find this airline with coach seats that recline to a detectable degree?

I was on a Southwest flight sitting on the last row next to the window, the back row does not recline. The seat in front of me was obviously broken, it reclined within 8” of my face. The woman refused to sit up, I became claustrophobic and came boiling out of my seat, climbing over 2 other people to get out. One of the people was my husband, he does not have claustrophobia so he took that seat because the stewardess refused to do anything. The woman/bitch leaning back didn't get any rest because my husband kicked the back of her seat every 2 minutes and laughed until we landed.
