I have actually been through the full body hi-res scanner where the operator was a fully veiled young lady - who looked (as much as one could tell from her eyes and nose) Saudi or Iranian. And yes, the airport was in North America!
You have to wonder what they were thinking in the HR department when she applied for the job.
