My plan:
1. No welfare for LEGAL immigrants on a green card until a 10 year US resident, 7 years if they’re a citizen. IDGAF if they have kids or not.
2. Amend law to disallow anchor babies.
3. Restrict LEGAL immigration by giving preference to immigrants with an education first, and to English speaking or Westernized countries.
4. Disallow dual citizenship. Make immigrants “shit or get off the pot.” If they want US citizenship, they must go to their native country’s embassy and renounce their citizenship with that nation.
5. Militarize the border. Shoot to kill. Sure, it’s brutal, but it’ll only have to happen a half dozen times before they get the hint.
6. Tell Mexico that if they continue to encourage drug smugglers and their own uneducated trash to come here we’ll consider it an act of war.
7. Mandatory deportation, no questions asked, of any illegal immigrant apprehended for ANY crime or traffic violation.
8. $275,000 fine per instance for employers knowingly hiring illegals or those using a fake or stolen SSN.
9. ENFORCE THE EXISTING LAWS!
10. Voter ID law.
11. Anyone who chooses to harbor illegals in their home, or directly employ them (such as for a housekeeper) is subject to a fine. This would not include hiring a contractor or company - as long as the contractor himself is legal, or the company is registered as a US corporation, but the contractor can be prosecuted in such an instance if their employees are illegal.

That's not brutal. Brutal would be to depopulate Northern Mexico as an enemy state fostering an invasion of the US.
