If someone robs a bank and gets away with it, does that mean bank robbing is no longer illegal??? Or does it mean that just because one a**hole got away with it doesn’t mean we are going to let the next one get away... Just trying to get impute on how this works???
Add to which, if said a**hole got away with tidy sum, what becomes of that? Do we leave it be as well as to not harm the 'innocent beneficiaries'.
