Oh! How rude. I forgot to tell you, I got it at Bing Images. I searched for “Indiana animated state flag gif” on the theory that redundancy helps a search engine, and it popped up immediately.
It looks as if we can get any and all flags from the same source, so if there are any others missing from the Wiki site, we can get them at Bing.
