Amazing that you’ll get three more meals! I would have made a pig of myself!
Reminded me of the Mens Rotary Club Picnic we hosted at our mountain cabin back home. They’d start that pig roasting early morning, later on add baked potates/ corn on the cob. Guests arrived with every dessert imaginable for after. There is nothing as good as cooking like that! Everybody stayed til mornings light...so relaxing and such fun for all. I miss that...:(
