Probably, but this does remind me of the case where PP personnel assured a caller that they could donate money to be designated toward funding abortions of black babies. Some of what Planned Parenthood has done is so blatantly racist, and if nothing else, this exposes that policy to more people. Anything that shines a light on them is good, imho.
I don’t know if it will either, but I’m not sure we’ll ever know.
Insanity.
Just ban it! The practice of child-killing is a gross violation of the cornerstone principles of our republic and our Constitution.
It's like the absurd notion of overturning Roe and sending it to the states. All that would be doing is sending a message that it's okay for a state to legalize murder.
Music to my ears.
New tagline...
You’re probably right. I don’t know.
Then there is the ban on partial birth abortions, yet butchers like Tiller and Carhart were and are coming up with "medical reasons" to kill the baby.
These laws are usually proposed by RINOs to placate actual conservatives, but in the end they don't save lives.
Think about what would really happen if a pro-choice-by-state approach were adopted: states such as New York, California, Massachusetts, Illinois and a few others are where nearly all abortions are performed anyway; these are states that will NEVER ban abortion if given the choice and, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii, just about EVERY WOMAN IN AMERICA is within one day drive of a state that will choose to keep infanticide "legal."

We are in complete agreement on that. I believe that I said earlier in this thread (or one of many others) that a constitutional amendment is the only way to make certain that abortion is outlawed in this country. Even if laws were passed by conservatives in various states outlawing abortion, they could be overturned when a more liberal group is voted into office in a subsequent election. It's time to end this slaughter. The only way to do that is on the federal level. Imho.
This has been a long and frustrating fight. There are times when the slightest hint of progress, regardless of how deceptive, seems positive.

WTH is a race based abortion?
I don't know whether there is any race based abortion, but if their is, it is good to have a provision for it, just in case. The liberal judges may not respect the right of the unborn to live but they do recognize that it is wrong to discriminate.
Sex based abortion is a serious problem for the world because it is throwing off the natural balance between male and female in the human population. Another reason to respect mother nature.
Another reason why this is a good proposal is because it makes women see that their sex is on the endangered list. Many women have absorbed the lies of the feminists who tell women that abortion helps women and gives women freedom in their lives. Well, in reality abortion comes back to hurt the female sex because females are the ones more likely to be aborted.
One thing that you have to say about the left—they sure understand incrementalism—Fabian socialism. Sometimes you have to use incremental methods to graually defeat them. What have we gotten in over 30 years of fighting abortion?
