I don’t know. Can’t I hear some debates first?
I’ve seen and read about all these candidates, in bits and pieces and sound bites — but I’ve just never seen them one up against another, answering questions directly, in a way that I can compare them.
I need to see the debates, with their records in front of me, as I decide.
I like your idea re: debates.
It’s just that we haven’t had an actual debate on the national level for 40 years.
Ever read old-timey debates? Amazing how erudite and expansive their questions and answers were. Now it’s all about how much a person sweats, sighs and blinks.
