Had this conversation with my family last night as we looked at the pic. Obama IS NOT seated in a position of authority. In fact, he appears to be back among the spectators. Clinton, Biden, and Gates all have more authority in that room than he does. Imagine a similar photo taken of Bush. Could you imagine the President sitting where Obama is.

Also, look at the expression on his face. He’s stressed and worried. Almost confused. Now look at the others. With the exception of Clinton, they all project more strength and authority than Obama does.

I dont’ know in the rumors are true, but one thing I will say ferverntly - At the moment that that picture was taken, Obama had no power or authority in that room.

Eleven people in that room got there on the strength of their performance in long careers or by winning many elections. These people look calm and professional.

Two of the people in that room got there for other reasons. One by marrying a powerful man, and one by having his way greased by the Chicago political machine. These two people cannot contain their emotional reactions.

I agree with you for the most part. Except for Hilliary. This picture does nothing to boost her creds for answering the phone at 3am. She looks worried, upset, and scared. Definitely not presidential. Good thing she has supposedly said she’s not running for anything in the future.

Shades of that press conference awhile back that he and Slick were in and barry excused himself cuz the Wookie would get mad if he were late. He left Slick to answer questions.

Clearly Fauxbama was not in control or had anything to do with this mission, based on that photo! Never ever would someone in command take the “pull up chair”.
