There have been very lively discussion on the matter here at FR. See this thread starting a few posts down from the top:

I found it a litttle hard to follow, but the upshot is that Ulsterman seems to like Hillary a lot and may be creating White House Insider as a vehicle for his own imagination. My personal conclusion? I’ll come up with my own theories, thank you very much.

BTW, because this whole sequence he comes up with for the theoretical coup makes Hillary look so good, I wonder if that isn’t his endgame.

Thanks for your input. If this Ulsterman is writing fiction, he ought to give up his day job. So many details.

It would take more than what he describes to make Hillary look good to me. Leon Panetta comes out a bit better to my eyes.Hillary seems to be trying to even the score with BO.

I do get that Ulst doesn’t think much of Valerie Jarrett. Fun to read, at least.
