During this heated discussion Alan Colmes says, and has been saying for years, that Enhanced Interregation Techniques (EIT) yield nothing. He also states that Donald Rumsfeld confirms this. An hour later on Hannity, Rumsfeld says that just is not true.

I agree %100. The other factor never brought up is that there is not just one guy we are interrogating. We had a bunch of these guys who we would extract info from and compare it to the other info we already had to see if it truthful. There are solid ways to check to see if the info is solid or not. I think that is why the left has never won on this issue with the public. Now the left will have to come up with more lies to keep this up.

DOn’t care a whit what Colmes or O’Reilly think about anything. As far as I’m concerned O’Reilly is a typical media closed liberal who masquerades as a conservative for the income it provides. He’s as phony as Dennis Miller, both of whom should never be trusted. They’ve both found a trough from which to make money; otherwise, we’d never be hearing from them.

I understand OBL was accidentally shot while the SEALs were trying to put a pair of underwear on his head.

Why FOX retains Colmes is hard to understand. Why FOX retains OBlowhard is hard to understand.
BOR has ratings that are #1 while colmes can't draw flies.
FOX keeps colmes on retainer, he gets $100/week and is worth every penny.

I sent this very info into the Factor last night after watching Hannity. I don't look for it to be read on tonight's “letters” though.

evidently enough to make the Factor the top rated most watched show on TV. People like you slay me. Just because you don't like the show, you believe in your mind that no one else does either. You are only lying to yourself.

That part of the show was almost funny with Colmes overtalking Bill to make his lame point. The tragic part of the show was that milque toast Marxist Priest telling us that we have no right to cheer over Bin Laden’s death. That idiot male penquin is doing harm to good Catholics all over the world. At least Bill stood up to him and stuck to his opinion about it.

Have you ever heard of ratings? Factor is the top show. Another Freeper in denial because he does not like Bill.

Yea, that Priest seriously annoyed me. Bernie made some really good points. That priest was seriously wrong. If he would read and study his bible and spend some quality time with God, actually asking Him things, he’d know that. The 6th commandment says, thou shall not murder, in the Hebrew text. Not thou shall not kill.

Yes, it
was a 'heated discussion' with Alan Colmes and Bill O'Reilly simultaneously shouting at each other while Monica Crowley remained calm (and mostly silent) but looked quite uncomfortable. As always, the Resident Leftist, Colmes, assertively shouted his lies. Bill O'Reilly shouted back and the result was that I hit the 'mute' button on my remote because, no matter the personalities or the point of the debate, two people shouting at each other is simply unintelligible as well as annoying. Colmes is so predictable that he is useless. The man doesn't have an original thought, just left-wing Talking Points and knee-jerk reactions to whatever Republicans say or do. Monica Crowley, she with the PhD. next to her name, is oddly inarticulate and, as someone supposedly representing 'the right', usually not too convincing. She hasn't yet learned to be concise and succinct. I can't imagine why not. Crowley has been writing political commentary for 20 years and has been on Fox News shows since the mid-90's. You would think she knew how to deliver the conservative message by now. Perhaps having the exasperating Alan Colmes as a brother-in-law is hindering Crowley's ability to form coherent, compelling rebuttals to Colmes left-wing nonsense.
In any case, despite the emotion, it was a frustrating segment. Of course, much of the O'Reilly Factor is that way. He is no conservative, tries too hard to be neutral and thinks he far more intelligent than he really is. O'Reilly doesn't have a clue about economics and spouts nonsense, always with a belligerence that ignorance often carries. His recent discussion on the existence of hell with Rev. Franklin Graham (Billy Graham's middle-aged son) was embarrassing for Bill as it clearly demonstrated O'Reilly's ignorance of biblical scripture and his apparently secular conceptions of same. However, 'The Factor' does have some interesting guests. Dennis Miller is always entertaining and while not a hardcore conservative, Miller is a refreshingly intelligent entertainer who seems to realize the fallacies that many liberal positions are built on, and he has rejected them. Great vocabulary and his use of cultural tokens to illustrate his position on any given subject is always interesting. On the opposite side of that coin, Fox's use of the despicable 'Reverend' Al Sharpton is highly offensive. Not only is Sharpton a blowhard equal to O'Reilly, he is a race hustler with a long, sordid record of using race to play on 'white guilt', gaining money and notoriety. I won't watch the fool.

Bill nailed him when he asked him that after we defeated Japan on VJ day, was it wrong for all Americans to rejoice and dance in the streets? The Priest didn't want to answer the question. LOL And again when the Priest said he didn't want to judge Bin Laden, Bill said, you mean that you as a person can not judge between good and evil? Then Bill asked him if Osama was a evil man. Again the Priest copped out by saying he wanted to leave judgment up to God. What a gutless total idiot. If I was thinking about becoming a Catholic, this Priest would have driven me off for sure.

I know that was a really dumb statement, don’t judge people, you leave that up to God. Foolish, gutless, unrighteous, unthinking, we judge people every day. The bible doesn’t say, don’t judge. It says be careful how you judge. Because they way you judge, is the way you will be judged. So I suppose they think by not judging they won’t be judged or won’t be judged harshly themselves. But, and it’s a big BUT, God is a righteous God and He hates all unrighteousness. So if we don’t judge people like Osama then we are just as evil in God’s eyes. Because we have allowed evil to flourish, by not condemning it, by not punishing it.

Have you ever heard of ratings? Factor is the top show. Another Freeper in denial because he does not like Bill. I'm surprised to see any Freeper defend Bill O’Blowhard after he tried to portray Free Republic as a extremist hate site after finding a couple of questionable posts amongst thousands. Hey O'Reilly how about putting as much research into Obama's birth certificate if you know the difference.
As far as ratings it's the time slot and the alternatives not that former INSIDE EDITION host. The only time I'll watch his show is when a guest is hosting. They probably get higher ratings than that mental midget.

That same Bill that can’t bring himself to say the name Jesus, instead referring to the deity? That Bill is holding up for Catholics? The same Bill that grills Franklin Graham trying to pull a Larry King and ask him to deny his Savior? That Bill?

Bill is religious. In no way is he a born again Christian. Any and all can see that. Still, he is the most watched on all cable channels. No denying that. Hate him or not, it is what it is.
