This isn't the first time he has addressed whether something is lawful or constitutional. No division of powers in the branches anymore.

What are you talking about? One of the principal duties of the Attorney General is to provide advice to the president on whether something is legal or constitutional. Besides, the Judicial Branch is by no means the sole arbiter of the constitutionality of a law or act—the other co-equal branches of government are entitled to their own opinion, even if, at the end of the day, it is the courts that have the final say in a case properly before them. It is liberals, not conservatives, who believe in an imperial judiciary.

Eric Holder says enough wrong-headed things that it is really unnecessary ofor you to harp on him on one of the few instances in which he’s right.
