I don’t plan on leaving. I might not post as much as in the past. I’m busier these days, and I’m a little alienated. But I like to get my news here. I was just saying that if for some reason I got zotted for this post, I was OK with that. But I didn’t really think that would happen. I thought I was on pretty solid ground and that I was respectful and fair. Obviously it’s an active post, so maybe it served a good purpose. I took a night to sleep on it before posting.
Your post should not have and will not be zotted...it was just not on target....even the Washington Post (not Fox News, not Beck, not Palin, not Free Republic) took note of the soiling of the day by Obama:
“Any joy one might feel in the intelligence of our analysts and the bravery of our door kickers was significantly diminished by Obama’s malignant narcissism. The first part of the announcement, evoking 9/11, was vulgarly overwritten as per Obama’s view of himself as some kind of gifted orator. The adjective bloated compote was unworthy of the subject, banal and self-indulgent.”
This quote says what so many at FR felt.
