They can’t publish the names and info of the team since it would turn them and their families into targets for reprisals. There’s a reason no one openly admits to working for the CIA. If it turned out your son/daughter was on the team, I am more than sure that you would become just as much a target as them if such information was published immediately after the successful operation. Terrorists are threatening reprisals and I am more than sure that overt proof from a SEAL member who was there woudl be suicidal on part of the person who went public.
Which sounds right,my guess is the book, is written by someone whose name won't be used or, well, he has no problem with his name being used, and is taking that chance.
