There is a side-by-side comparison of the top photo with another photo at http://www.emirates247.com/ that makes it look like a photoshop job.
It probably is phototshoped. Why would Emirates 247 have the first photo? It gets clicks, therefore they probably had this "pre-photoshopped" for the occassion.
I don't think the US has released photos yet, though ABC has video of the inside of the house.
