but Zimbawae have very cheap labor, which was the point I was making. Its not simply cheap labor that attract investment. Its low political risk, low taxes, low regulation and most of all, which allow you to keep the profit of your investment. This is not what US have. So even if you stop all imports from China, the investment will not start up in the US, because the shackles on investment is still there
