This kind of thing is dealt with by courts of law every day. The most recent BC released by Obama wouldn't even be ALLOWED in a court because of the Best Evidence Rule. Still, it could (theoretically) be determined pretty definitively in court.
The problem we face now is that no court, no judge, no defense, no prosecution, no document expert, no jury, can any longer be trusted to render an objective verdict. And no television media outlet can be trusted to report any verdict truthfully.
There is no one left to trust. There are only levels of distrust. And Obama & Co. reside in the bottommost of those levels.
