Okay, let's look at your points, in order of easiest to more difficult.
2) "[It is obvious] that for three years, [Barack Obama] refused to show a birth certificate."
Agreed.
4) "[It is obvious that Barack Obama] all of sudden spent thousands of dollars to send lawyers to Hawaii to pick something up that could have been sent in the mail."
Yes, I agree. That is obvious.
6) "[It is obvious] that it was written in a book of "Dreams" that he had found his birth certificate many years before he had the first forgery created, but has never shared that piece of paper."
Yes, that is obvious. It would also definitely be worth questioning exactly why he didn't produce that one. I hope someone asks him that question. The probable answer is that he doesn't know exactly where it is at the moment. But it would be difficult to find someone even to ask him the question. A secondary possible answer might be that that one is his private property, he wants to hang on to it, and doesn't want to expose it to all the public handling and possibly having to put in Presidential archives or whatever.
5) "[It is obvious] that two years ago CNN reported that there was no birth certificate, and then a few days before this was released, did a special report on the subject."
On this I have no information. I'll take your word for it.
3) "[It is obvious that Barack Obama] spent millions of dollars to [avoid showing his birth certificate.]"
This, in my opinion, is obvious only to those who've heard it reported but have not yet gone looking to try and confirm it. I have, and so far I've found no real evidence that he personally spent more than 5 figures (at most) on lawyers for all of the eligibility lawsuits - and that was to cover ALL issues raised, not just the birth certificate one. If you have some hard evidence, I'd be interested to see it.
1) "[That Stanley Ann Dunham was the informant for Obama's long-form birth certificate] would be obvious only to an ignorant person."
Her signature appears under "Signature of Parent or Other Informant" on the long-form certificate released by the White House and personally certified by the Director of the Department of Health of the State of Hawaii to be authentic. If you assume the certificate is invalid, then you can assume her signature is too - but that's perfectly circular reasoning.
If I assume that George W Bush knew about 9/11, then I can conclude that George W Bush knew about 9/11. Voila!
With circular reasoning, you can prove anything.
7) "[It is obvious] that both Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. and Barack Hussein Obama II are FRAUDS."
Well, we're back to a point on which we both agree.
