We've had that one numerous times. Several lawyers have noted that you can get a divorce even if you can't prove you'd ever been married.

The rest of the verbiage is standard boilerplate ~ if you changed it to cover the possibility there'd never really been a (lawful) marriage you'd blow circuits in the stenographer's brain and it'd just go all over the place.

BTW, the babydaddy was already married to a different woman in Kenya so any marriage with Stanley Ann was void under American law. That doesn't mean shedidn't need a divorce ~ you'll notice she got custody, and if he came around again she was set to tag him out for a lot of money since "support", as so many people know, can be renegotiated!

That visit when Obama was 10? ~ I bet he was in and out the same day ~ so that's why he was hanging out at the airport.

Of course Muslim marriages can be ended by the husband or whatever it’d be called saying I divorce you” three times so who knows.

Plus I want to see iron clad evidence of his parents anyway. As well as birthplace/time. Everything shown so far is absolutely untrustworthy.

Wasn't it the Lee Marvin case in the 70’s (?) that pretty much changed everything from annulment to divorce?
