None of this matters. That “thing” uploaded the other day for the world to see isn’t a legally binding document. It has no electronic pedigree, and came from the very people who would be harmed the most through a factual disclosure. When Fox News examines a dead-tree version Fed-EX’d by the Hawaii dept of Vital Statistics, and it bears all the stamps, and signatures which attest to its authenticity under pain of fines or imprisonment, ping me.
Obama had to arrange for a special courier to fly to Hawaii, pick up the certificate from the Hawaiian DHS, and hand carry it back!
He could have much more easily had it mailed directly to any favored newshound lapdog.

Why go through the extra effort, time, expense and huge carbon footprint to have a document hand carried?
In a word, provenance. A document delivered directly by mail from the source is much less apt to be substituted with a forged document containing a preferred message than one hand carried by the trusted and hand picked minion of a person with an overwhelming vested interest the the delivery of a document saying exactly what the minion's hand picker wants it to say.
But that would be silly.
Who would lie to hold onto the most powerful office in the world? (Or to avoid being hanged for treason)...
They did. Obama ordered two certified copies of his long-form birth certificate. His personal attorney from Perkins Coie flew to Hawaii and picked up the copies.
One copy was for Obama's personal records. The other copy was distributed to the WH Press Corp in the WH Briefing Room. Reporters were allowed to see, touch, feel, photograph, and photocopy it. They examined it. The Fox WH reporter got his own copy and spoke on the air about examining the physicial document.
Why would you trust FOX News to examine or verify anything? They have provided the most sycophantic coverage of the eligibility issue of any network. I think Shepard Smith has a man-crush on Little Barry.
