Once again, outstanding observation and insight! Butterdezillion, this very point was brought forward in a conversation I witnessed today between George Soros and Tavis Smiley on NPR. What a bizarre perspective on “developing your own truth” Soros espouses. It was truly warped. About 4-5 minutes of it and I started getting a sinking/sick feeling in the pit of my stomach and switched it off. Soros should be declared an enemy of the state. Evil, Seditious bastard!

It says "true copy or abstract". It's a "one size fits all" type of stamp. It means nothing.
No prob. Cruise some of the other threads. Lots of info about other certificates and which are frauds.
If, as some have claimed, the final “1” in the serial number was simply not recognized by the OCR software as text, rather than some other graphic element, the question is why? The OCR software should not have had ANY problem with it, as it might if the number had been stamped on top of some other part of the image, such as one of the boundary lines, or if there had been a stain or smear in that spot. It looks as well defined and clear as any of the other characters.
