Think of "U K L" as running cursive Chinese script for a moment. Then it looks more like the name "Fish Mountain Man" Lee. This could simply refer to Hawaii ~ in some sense as "Fish Mountain" ~ where's our Chinese cursive guys on this one. There is no "K" in "UKL" that's some sort of line tilted to the left, and then the two angle bars on the supposed "K" ae part of the "L".
