A senior CBS news anchor today labelled Donald Trump's campaign to raise doubts about President Obama's school grades as an 'ugly strain of racism'.
Face The Nation host Bob Schieffer made the comments in the wake of Mr Trump's calls yesterday for Mr Obama to release college transcripts 'proving' he had the grades to enter Columbia and Harvard.
The attack came as new research suggested viewers for Celebrity Apprentice - some of the most liberal for any TV show - were deserting the program due to Mr Trump's outspoken rants against Mr Obama.

Yesterday Mr Trump called on the President to release his college transcripts.
Reacting to the call, Mr Schieffer said: 'That's just code for saying he got into law school because he's black.
'This is an ugly strain of racism that's running through this whole thing.'

Indeed, prove it!! This guy is such a coward about everything it makes me sick. He will be judged on his presidential record and HOPEFULLY that will be all that is needed. It is shame that it came to this. The people here need no proof obviously we all knew it in 2006.

He was working for the Star Telegram when JFK was shot. A disturbed woman asked for a ride to Dallas. She was Marguerite, the mother of the arrested man, Lee Harvey Oswald. Shieffer drove her to Dallas and to a police office. He pretended he was a detective. There was a telephone there and he whipped off dispatch after dispatto his newspaper. As a "detective" he got the inside story. Ears wagging no doubt.

Schieffer's older than dirt. He was the reporter who gave Marguerite Oswald a rid to the police station the day her kid got in all that trouble in Dallas.
Bob Schieffer is the poster child for corruption in the MFM.
