Here's mine. USAF 1997-1983, Electronic Security Command, AMT. TSSCI clearance....that clearance took 9 months, and two long form birth certificates from my parents. Your turn....

So lets go back to the beginning of the little poo-flinging fest. You said “where’s the long form!!!” I said the FORMAT of Obamas COLB was perfectly legitimate (in other words, that IS the long form). You threw in lots of insults, and a bunch of other stuff that had nothing to do with the conversation, but never said just what this “long form” would look like.
But NOW we’re getting somewhere. You needed Mommy and Daddy’s COLB to get that clearance. I assume you needed the LONG form. So please tell us what the extra info on that long form was. Or better yet, post a copy. OR, post a copy from this State you live in (which evidently issues Passports!!!)
And for the record, Air Training Command, 1986-1989, Air Force Communications Command, 1989-1992. Should we compare pecker sizes next?
