How could this be a "long form" birth certificate? It has no footprints, no statistics - length, weight, etc. This is really not much more than the fake that 0bama attempted to pawn off a couple of years ago.
The liberal strategy of a lie becoming fact if you repeat it enough, is at work here.
My kids’ BCs didn’t have footprints, weight, etc. either. A document from the hospital did, but not the actual BC.
If I recall correctly, when my son was born (Pennsylvania), the hospital gave us a “birth certificate” signed by the attending physician that had on it the footprint and the vital statistics. That certificate was a nice keepsake, but it had no official status. His official birth certificate, which we received several weeks later, did not have any of those enhancements. It was strictly “who, what, when, where and how.”
My birth certificate contains none of that data. Does yours? What state were you born in?
