In an interview last year, Ashley Olsen said that she would love to see Michelle Obama wear one of her designs. Now, it seems, her dream has come true.
The U.S. First Lady wore a skirt from The Row, the label Miss Olsen, 24, designs with her twin sister Mary-Kate, on The View last week.
Mrs Obama, who appeared on the show with Jill Biden, teamed the pale grey pleated Evelyn skirt, worth $1,170 with a cream V-neck and kitten-heel shoes.
Though expensive, the President's wife's choice represents a support of American industry, as all of the Olsen twins' designs are made in the U.S.

Stunning! She looks like a big jellyfish — a portuguese man-o-war.
Seriously, though — would she rather have that, or a 1-ounce Krugerrand, minted in Apartheid S. Africa?
That's for sure. I don't understand why she doesn't have some fashion consultant. And I agree with the other poster that she should stop slouching.
I only clicked on this link because I wanted to see what “kitten heeled shoes” look like. What is that? Did Michelle step on a cat?

Those pleats make her look big as the side of a barn!

Moochelle doesn’t use Spandex in her clothing. All of her clothes are custom made using Span instead. Span is the same material woven into the cables supporting the Golden Gate Bridge it gives much firmer support for the large jobs. I am from Kentucky and I first learned about this from a friend who works at the Louisville tent and awning company where some of Moochell’s clothes are ordered from.
Michelle Obama's mama is a pubbie?
