So why are there DIFFERENT registrar’s names on Obama’s CoLB and Ms. Nordyke’s?

Also, in my world, I would expect sequential numbers assigned today to be higher than those that were assigned 3 days ago. Especially if they used one of those old mechanical number stampers on the certificates.

Maybe there was more than one registrar?
Ms. Nordyke was born 8/5. Her number is 61 10637
Obam was born 8/4/61- His number is 61 10641.

Good question. They should be the same? And Obama's BC is missing the whole bottom page of signatures as the Nordyke BCs.
