2) When did that doctor die?

3) Did the doctor confirm to anyone that he actually signed this and witnessed this?

Yeah, that dying part seems a certainty, doesn't it?
At least he died "Smilan" long before he knew people would think about exhuming him on this basis.

I hope we come to know everything professionally-relevant about this guy.
