Were they using Dan Rather's Typewrite? Note the two "Ho"s... anyone have an explanation? Maybe the hospital name was pre-typed?

Why does Obama have a higher birth certificate number?

Its a good question, but could easily be explained by when that number was stamped on the form. Its obvious that number is a stamp. Who knows the procedure of that office in 1961 and how those forms were processed and the order of when those forms were stamped.
