Assuming the document in your post is authentic, the question becomes was Barack Hussein Obama (the father) a naturalized citizen of the United States on August 8, 1961? If he was not then Barack Hussein Obama II is not a natural born citizen of the United States and is Constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States.
The questions that now beg answers as I see them are:
Why did he not release this years ago?
Why did he spend millions to keep this under wraps until now?
And the larger question... Just what does it take to be a legal, natural born citizen? And what about that 14th Amendment to the constitution and the “subject to the jurisdiction” thing really mean?
That larger one still needs to be addressed in the immigration issue.
