Wrong.It is a different case by circumstance alone. Saying ‘Period’ may close the issue for you, but that’s all it does. The rest of us will go merrily on our way secure in the knowledge that cases are fought over far less every day.

So yes, there is much left to resolve.

How many times does the Supreme Court have to refuse birthers before birthers will get the idea?

How many states have to disagree with your definition (right now it is 50 out of 50) before you will take a hint?

OK...you bring as many cases to court as you wish. Please ping me when a court agrees to hear your case on the merits!
