Maybe whoever made the original assertion that the Hospital name changed in 1978 can provide said “detailed history”.

According to their site, the name was changed in 1978, but not to the name on the COLB.

The two hospitals joined in 1978 to become Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children.

Surely, IF we are dealing with a forged document, they would at least get the historical hospital name right.
