The bottom of the certificate shows it was stamped April 25 and that it is a true copy or abstract of the record on file. If there was an adoption, that would be not be revealed.

Here is a long form BC issued a day after Obama was born. It doesn't look squeaky clean like Obama's. Wonder why? Because BO's was issued Monday. Of this week. Look at the Registrar's date stamp at the bottom.
